BeetsBotRunner provides Discord bot subscriptions, game information and private support. This policy explains how we handle information when you use this website and those services. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.

Information we handle

Account details such as your username, email address, password hash and authentication records.
Subscription selections, billing dates, discounts, referral records, orders, payment status and payment-provider references.
Discord identifiers, assigned bot/server/role information and game or clan details you provide for your service.
Support messages and attachments you send us, including information shared in a private Discord support ticket.
Security and technical records such as IP addresses, request times, browser information and failed sign-in attempts.

Why we use it

We use this information to deliver your subscription, authenticate you, process payments, maintain access, handle support, administer referrals, prevent abuse and meet recordkeeping obligations. Where applicable, these activities rely on performing our agreement with you, legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. Optional analytics relies on your consent.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes payments. We use payment references and limited payment-method details; this website is not intended to receive or store your full card number or card security code. Discord supports bot access, account connections and support tickets. Zoho handles our email. Hosting and Cloudflare help deliver and protect the website. These providers process information needed for their services, under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

A private support ticket is accessible to authorized support administrators, the support bot and, where enabled, the requesting customer—not ordinary server members. Do not send passwords, API secrets or full payment-card details in tickets.

The current theme also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Loading externally hosted fonts can disclose your IP address and technical request information to that provider; it is separate from Google Analytics.

Cookies and optional analytics

Essential storage supports sign-in, security, carts and your privacy choices. Google Analytics is optional: our integration loads only after you accept analytics and only on eligible public pages. We do not enable advertising personalization in this integration or intentionally send account identifiers or form contents to Analytics. Read the cookie policy and use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, preserve billing and support history, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Different records have different retention needs. Backups may retain copies until their normal retention period ends. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no website or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Sharing and international processing

We share information as needed with service providers, to comply with lawful requests, protect users and the service, or manage a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Providers may process information in countries other than yours. We do not use the optional analytics integration for advertising audiences or sell its visitor information.

Your choices and rights

You can decline or withdraw optional analytics without losing subscription access. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your information, object to certain processing, or complain to a data-protection authority. Email support with your request; we may need to verify account ownership. Some billing, security or legal records may need to be retained.

Children and changes

The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We may update this policy as the service changes and provide additional notice when required.
